Editorial Standards

Articles in the Insights section are published under the byline KP Juris Research. This page explains how they are prepared.

Research and sources

Each article is researched from primary sources: bare acts, rules, notifications and circulars, judgments, and official government portals. The main sources are listed at the end of each article so that readers can check them.

Accuracy

Every legal statement is checked against the current text of the relevant act or official source before publication. Examples that use numbers are labelled as hypothetical. Articles do not include invented figures, outcomes or statistics.

Review and updates

Each article shows the month it was last reviewed. Articles are re-reviewed at least every six months, and promptly after a relevant amendment, notification or budget. Where a qualified professional reviews an article, their name and qualification are shown on it.

General information

Articles explain how the law generally works. They are not advice on any specific matter. The Disclaimer applies to all content on this website.

Reporting an error

If you believe an article contains an error or is out of date, please email info@kpjuris.com with the article title and the point concerned. Corrections are made promptly.
